Phyllis Logan (nata l'11 gennaio 1956) è un'attrice scozzese, nota per aver interpretato Lady Jane Felsham in Lovejoy (1986-1993) e la signora Hughes (poi Carson) in Downton Abbey (2010-15). Ha vinto il BAFTA Award per Most Promising Newcomer per il film del 1983 Another Time, Another Place . Le sue altre apparizioni cinematografiche includono Secrets & Lies (1996) e Shooting Fish (1997).
