Patton Peter Oswalt (nato il 27 gennaio 1969) è un cabarettista americano, attore, doppiatore e scrittore. In televisione, è noto per il suo ruolo di Spencer Olchin nella sitcom The King of Queens (1998-2007) e ospite come Koenigs in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (2014-2020). Dopo aver debuttato come attore nell'episodio di Seinfeld "The Couch", è apparso in una serie di spettacoli televisivi, tra cui Kim Possible, Parks and Recreation, Community, Drunk History, Reno 911 !, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Archer, Veep e Brooklyn Nine-Nine. Attualmente racconta la sitcom The Goldbergs (2013-oggi) come adulto Adam F. Goldberg.

Nel film, Oswalt è noto per doppiare Remy nel film Pixar Ratatouille (2007) e recitare al fianco di Charlize Theron in Young Adult (2011). Tra gli altri suoi importanti film ricordiamo Big Fan (2009), Nature Calls (2012), Freaks of Nature (2015), The Art of the Deal: The Movie (2016), Nostalgia (2018) e The Secret Life di Donald Trump of Pets 2 (2019) e in Blade: Trinity (2004), The Informant! (2009) e The Secret Life of Walter Mitty (2013).

Nel suo lavoro come cabarettista, è apparso in sei speciali stand-up e ha vinto un Primetime Emmy Award per la scrittura eccezionale per uno speciale di varietà e un Grammy Award come miglior album comico per il suo speciale Netflix Patton Oswalt: Talking for Clapping (2016).
